The Upgrade page
Click Upgrade in the left-hand menu, or Upgrade Now on the panel at the bottom of the menu.
At the top:
- The Monthly / Annually switch changes the prices shown.
- A banner shows how long your current plan has left and the renewal date.
Below are the three plans. Your plan is highlighted and its button reads Your Current Plan.
Billing History at the bottom lists your past plan payments.

"Not listed" means the Upgrade page does not mention that feature for that plan. Ask PsychDesk support if you need to confirm whether it is included.
Monthly or yearly
Switch Annually on to see yearly prices. Paying yearly saves 10%.

Which plan is right for you
- Basic suits you if you are just starting out, see fewer than 10 clients, and work only with individuals and couples.
- Standard suits most independent practitioners. Choose it once you have more than 10 clients, want to invoice through PsychDesk, want Reports & Analytics, or want recurring and advanced scheduling.
- Clinic+ suits a practice with more than one therapist or more than one location. Click Contact Sales to discuss your needs.
Change your plan
- To move up, click the button on the plan you want and follow the steps.
- To move down, click Downgrade on the lower plan. Check the limits first: on Basic you can have up to 10 clients, 5 worksheets, 5 assessments and 50 therapy notes.
- For Clinic+, click Contact Sales.
Renewal
The banner at the top shows how many days are left and the renewal date. Renew early to avoid any interruption to your practice.
Check it worked
After changing your plan:
- 1Reload the Upgrade page.
- 2Confirm the new plan shows Your Current Plan.
- 3Check Billing History for the payment.
Common problems
