Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of PsychDesk, operated by Ayrelune Credence Private Limited. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Who can use PsychDesk

PsychDesk is intended for licensed or otherwise qualified mental health practitioners, and organizations employing them, to manage their practice. Account holders must be at least 18 years old. Where applicable, practitioners are responsible for ensuring they hold the professional credentials required to practise in their jurisdiction; PsychDesk does not verify licensing and is not responsible for confirming a practitioner's eligibility to practise.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@psychdesk.in or by phone at 9667006268 if you suspect unauthorized access. For clinic accounts on the Clinic+ plan, multiple users may operate under a single account with role-based access. The account owner is responsible for managing user roles, invitations, and access levels, and for all activity carried out by users they have invited.

Subscription and billing

PsychDesk offers a free trial and paid subscription plans as described on our pricing page. Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance, in the currency shown at checkout, and taxes apply as required. Price changes, if any, are communicated by email before the next billing cycle and take effect from that cycle. If a payment fails, we retry and notify you; access continues during a grace period so you can restore the subscription by paying. If a payment remains unpaid beyond the grace period, access may be suspended.

Your responsibilities as a practitioner

You are solely responsible for the clinical accuracy of any notes, treatment plans, or records you enter into PsychDesk, and for complying with your own professional, ethical, and legal obligations regarding client records, informed consent, and data handling. PsychDesk is a tool to support your practice management, not a substitute for your professional judgment or your obligations under applicable mental health practice regulations.

Acceptable use

• You agree not to use PsychDesk to store or transmit unlawful content, or content you have no right to store.
• You agree not to attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems, or to use the service in any way that could disrupt it for other users.
• You agree not to share logins, reverse engineer the platform, or use the service to build a competing product.
• You are responsible for obtaining client consent for the records you store, as required by your professional and legal obligations.

Intellectual property

PsychDesk and its underlying software, design, and content, excluding client data entered by practitioners, are the property of Ayrelune Credence Private Limited. Practitioners retain ownership of the client data and clinical content they enter into the platform.

Service availability

We work to keep PsychDesk available, but may perform scheduled maintenance or experience downtime. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance where practicable, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. For the Clinic+ tier, material incidents are communicated to the account owner by email.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation or termination, your data is retained for a limited export window so you can export your records, after which it is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy. PsychDesk may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or applicable law, with notice where practicable.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

PsychDesk is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ayrelune Credence Private Limited disclaims all warranties not expressly stated in these terms. Our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data. These limits apply to the extent permitted by applicable law and do not affect liabilities that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms. Before either party pursues formal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute through negotiation for a period of 30 days from written notice.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to practitioners by email. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
